About the job

  • Within Corporate and Institutional Banking Securities Services (CIB2S) Information Technology (IT) Delivery and Technology Services (DTS) - IT Innovations team, you will be responsible for managing internal projects within NOA in collaboration with local development team, other CIB2S IT teams and business sponsors
  • Nextgen Online Assistant (NOA) is a series of virtual assistants that help answer our customers queries on a number of topics and can be fully embedded in a client’s own product. With strong usage on Neolink client portal
  • These assistants are powered by a leading third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) software provider - Amelia and our technology base is constantly evolving to match a rapidly evolving AI space within the constraints of a best-in-class financial institution
  • The team typically consists of developers, business analysts and application manager (located in Paris), all working together to enhance Amelia's capabilities and tailor her functionalities to meet specific business needs

Your Main Activities Are

  • Develop and enhance features for our AI digital assistant tool, focusing on performance, scalability, and user experience
  • Identify and resolve technical issues through rigorous debugging and problem-solving techniques
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate new features, ensure compatibility and troubleshoot issues
  • Contribute to various projects, leveraging your knowledge of software development best practices to drive innovation and improvement

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science or related
  • At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology / Software Development or similar
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
  • Knowledge in
  • Python programming, with experience in developing and maintaining scripts and applications
  • Using and troubleshooting Linux-based systems
  • Software development principles, algorithms, and data structures
  • Adaptability 
  • Ability to collaborate / teamwork
  • Communication skills, both written and oral
  • Creativity and innovation / problem solving
