Department: WM CTO Office
About Business line/Function: Wealth Management
Position Purpose:
Part of BNPP Wealth Management , the position is created within APS Domain under CTO Office division. The Candidate will play role as a PMO in WMIS IT Production landscape. Work collaboratively with ADM, APS , other PMOs to ensure process adherence on budget & projects, achieving key performance targets and supporting Division managers with analysis, projection with respect to budget, headcounts.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Budget, Compliance & Audit
• Ensure Timesheet , BL codes and monthly projection on budget is maintained and shared with management.
• Ensure all production projects comply with internal controls, regulatory mandates (e.g., GDPR) and internal audit requirements.
• Support audit activities by providing evidence of project governance and changing controls.
Project Governance & Methodology
• Maintain and continuously improve the PMO framework, standards, templates and tools for IT Production projects.
• Ensure consistent application of the bank’s project management methodology (e.g. Agile‑Scrum hybrid).
Portfolio Management
• Consolidate the production‑project pipeline, track status, risks and dependencies across all applications & infrastructure teams.
• Produce regular portfolio dashboards for senior management and steering committees.
Planning & Scheduling
• Facilitate creation of detailed project plans (scope, milestones, resources, budgets).
• Coordinate with service owners, development, change‑management and operations teams to align schedules and release windows.
Risk & Issue Management
• Identify, log and monitor project risks and issues; drive mitigation actions and escalation when required.
• Maintain a risk register specific to production continuity and regulatory compliance.
Reporting & Communication
• Prepare executive summaries for steering committees and ad‑hoc presentations for business stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management
• Act as the single point of contact for project status, escalations and queries from IT, business units and external vendors.
• Foster strong relationships with Application Management, Infrastructure, Security and Compliance teams.
Continuous improvement
• Capture lessons learned; update PMO processes, templates and best‑practice libraries.
• Promote adoption of automation tools (e.g., project dashboards, workflow engines) to increase efficiency.
Overview of Responsibilities
· Good understanding of budget, project governance is required.
· Proficiency in SDLC and Project Management principles
· A good leader with a problem-solving attitude
· Ability to work independently and under pressure, critical thinking to complete tasks and resolve conflicts.
· Capacity to challenge the status quo and convince based on facts
· Good Analytical and Presentation Skills for senior management
· Proficient in writing process, policy documents on problem and environment management related processes
· Good reporting skills. Knowledge in Power BI is good to have in IT landscape.

Specific Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
· Minimum 10 years of experience in large and complex organization processes.
