As TEB, We are looking for a Corporate Customer Relations Manager for our Yeditepe Corporate Branch, located in the TEB Headquarters in Ümraniye.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related department from a recognized university
  • Min. 5 years of experience in the Banking sector, specifically in Corporate-Large Commercial Portfolio Management
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Holds a SPK License (is a plus)
  • Possesses innovative thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills
  • Thrives in a dynamic working environment and excels in teamwork
  • Demonstrates a customer-focused and result-oriented mindset

Job Description:

 

  • Strategically plan and execute marketing activities in line with our targets; provide consultative services to existing and potential Corporate Banking customers regarding our bank’s products and those of our group companies
  • Develop marketing techniques and foster cross-selling opportunities while aligning with our bank's Corporate Banking strategies
  • In response to the demands of Corporate Banking customers, ensure coordination with our head office units and group companies for promotional and marketing activities
  • Monitor the productivity and product usage of Corporate Banking customers
  • Conduct customer visits to acquire new clients, follow up with existing clients, or promote and sell products
