We are seeking a Corporate & Multinational Clients (MNC) Credit Allocation Senior Manager to lead the end-to-end management of credit allocation process of the related portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in depth financial and credit assessments for Corporate and MNC segment clients. 
• Review, prioritize and process credit proposals and daily credit utilization requests. 
• Attend Head Office level and Credit Committee level meetings and present the credit proposal to delegation holders.
• Schedule and monitor the work load of the Department in line with the pre-determined SLA. 
• Supervise “Executive Summary” reports in English based on credit proposals to be presented to Credit Committee. 
• Ensure full alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze market dynamics, financial indicators, customer behavior to proactively identify portfolio performance, identify early warning signals, and propose appropriate risk mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with Business Line, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure smooth credit execution and portfolio management.
• Manage end-to-end credit allocation processes from initial assessment to final decision and post-approval monitoring.
• Design and refine credit allocation procedures and processes continuously.
• Contribute to process improvements, digital development projects and internal reporting enhancements.
• Participate actively in internal trainings sharing knowledge and supporting credit analysts.
• Conduct regular client and facility visits.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong expertise in corporate credit allocation/monitoring, marketing/sales or project finance
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) 
• Presentation and communication skills as the position holder is expected to present credit files to senior management, Credit Committee members and international BNPP stakeholders 
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Capability in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
