Your Main Activities Are
- Highlight potential impacts on the Derivatives Execution & Clearing (DEC) platform by:
- Reviewing Client Contribution Percentage (CCP) / Vendor documentation
- Representing BNPP/ DEC at selected industry forums and CCP Working Groups, through feedback consolidation and sharing
- Monitor and review changes to CCP rulebooks, assessing their impact on the platform and overseeing any necessary consultation processes
- Maintain up-to-date marketing materials of current service offerings
- Provide product input for client requests, supporting the Sales team in delivering effective solutions
- Oversee Post Implementation Reviews to ensure continuous improvement and quality assurance
- Maintain a comprehensive competitor landscape matrix, comparing offers to our platform
- Manage outstanding New Activity Committee (NAC) conditions, ensuring they are addressed and closed in a timely manner
- Support the annual Client Due Diligence review
Profile and Skills to Success
- Experience in financial services with knowledge of execution, clearing or product management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with agility to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fast learning and strong analytical mindset
- Verbal and written fluency English
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills, with networking flair
- Good grasp of project management and tact to anticipate and prevent issues
About the Team
The Product Management team for the Derivatives Execution & Clearing business plays a crucial role in driving the product strategy and sponsoring the platform design, evolution, and alignment with client needs.
Our team supports the business in its go-to-market strategy through product training, contributions to Requests for Proposals, branding initiatives, and providing product expertise during client meetings and industry events. We also perform market and regulatory watch to ensure our product offerings stay in line with client, business, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, we own the platform change process to adapt to client and business changes.
