About the job
- The Enterprise IT Asset Manager’s mission is to seek a strategic role that operates in the frame of the ITAM (IT Asset Management) framework roll out worldwide, with specific mandates at regional level and within the CIB Enterprise Architecture team, specialized in IT Asset Management. This role is critical in aligning the enterprise architecture landscape with business objectives, while also overseeing the lifecycle and governance of IT assets
Your Main Activities Are
- Co-design, maintain, and evolve the enterprise architecture ITAM framework to align with business strategy and IT Group regulatory requirements
- Define and enforce IT architecture standards, policies, and governance structures
- Lead Operational Committees on ITAM, regionally and globally
- Manage software compliance, licensing optimization, and contract adherence in line with regional regulatory and audit standards
- Support EMEA-specific reporting and compliance requirements around asset tracking and data residency
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost and risk through standardization, consolidation, and lifecycle planning
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science
- At least 7 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture
- Experience with reporting platforms (PowerBI), enterprise applications, and data referential
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral
- Ability to understand, explain and support change
- Communication skills, both written and oral
- Creativity and innovation / problem solving
