About Business line/Function:

The associate is responsible to manage the on-boarding activities from an end to end perspective for all new joiners & ensure that all the key & critical activities are closed on a timely basis to ensure a smooth on-boarding of employees.

Position Purpose

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

New Joiner Data Management:

Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure the UIDs and email IDs are created for all new joiners prior to joining.

Ensure the HRMS profiles are created within the agreed accuracy and timelines for all new joiners.


Day 1 Onboarding: 

Possess a presentable personality and ability to conduct New Joiner Onboarding sessions on Day 1 of the employee.

Ensure all relevant Day 1 related documents are completed accurately and collected from the new joiners

Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure the new joiner’s day 1 experience is enhanced.


Employee Document Management:

Create and store employee p-files at the relevant locations within the agreed TAT accurately.

All files are digitized and are made available in the digital p-file platform.


Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Possess excellent communication (read, write & speak) and presentation skills.

Show ability to adhere to the process as per SOPs

A good team player

Self-driven and ability to work in an environment with minimal assistance.

Good MS Excel skills

Experience in any HRMS tools such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Success Factors, etc. 

Ability to learn new technology.


Administrative:

Timely Maintain and update the internal tracker. 

Daily sanity check of all group Mailbox along with the tracker, to make sure all the emails are tracked accurately. 

Ability to handle queries from new joiners, recruiters and other stakeholders related to Onboarding.

Support the team leads and managers on audit requirements
