About the job
- As an AI Transformation Project Manager, you will drive strategic automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and anticipate risks. You will be at the forefront of integrating AI into business-critical processes and deploying intelligent document solutions powered by LLMs and Gen-AI
Your Main Activities Are
- Project & Program Management:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and digital transformation projects
- Coordinate solution design, validation, testing, and deployment
- Set up and manage governance across IT, business, and data science stakeholders
- Analyze and anticipate the impact of AI solutions on future processes
- Ensure alignment with strategic priorities and provide advisory support to management
- Reporting & KPIs:
- Produce insightful reporting for senior stakeholders and governance committees
- Track and update KPIs and KAIs across the digital champion community
- Provide recommendations and alerts based on performance metrics
- Change Management:
- Support end-user adoption and deployment readiness
- Facilitate decision-making across technical and business teams
- Coach newcomers on governance and technologies; organise training sessions
- Community Engagement:
- Act as a tech ambassador within the digital champion network
- Animate the community to ensure alignment with global transformation goals
- Represent the team in forums, sharing days, and innovation events
- Communication & Innovation:
- Contribute to internal communication campaigns and technical demos
- Maintain a technology watch to stay ahead of AI and digital trends
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master’s degree in Business Management or Information Technology and Computer Science
- From 5 to 7 years of experience in Project Management, with exposure to AI or digital transformation iniciatives
- Fluent (C1-C2) level of English
- Knowledge of IT implementation cycles and agile delivery
- Knowledge of Security Services is a plus
- Curiosity and passion for new technologies, especially AI/ML, Gen-AI, and Agentic AI
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and delivering impactful presentations
- Analytical ability, structured and proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage a project
- Skills in Office pack (namely Excel and Powerpoint)
