Objectives
• Ensure and support the management and development of all tasks under the department's responsibility.
• Analyze the needs and assist operational management in the sales of used vehicles through various sales channels and in accordance with the strategies defined by the company.
• Help to ensure a larger and better network of vehicle buyers through the Motortrade channel.
• Negotiate the sale of vehicles with individual drivers/customers in order to increase the sales results of the B2C channel in terms of volume and profitability.
• Provide general support in sales activities and end-of-contract processes.
Responsibilities
• Maintain a visit plan for Motortrade customers, as well as develop the prospecting of new customers and monitor the outcomes of B2B auctions in order to increase sales results, the number of offers per auction, and the number of dealers participating.
• Prepare reports on visits to B2B customers.
• Clarify B2B customers regarding the sales processes through the Motortrade channel.
• Keep the B2B customer registry updated, requesting all necessary documents for the KYC process.
• Have a critical and strategic analysis of the profile of B2B customers and help define the regional strategy and respective targets.
• Analyze the end-of-contract map to help define strategies for presenting sales values to drivers.
• Responsible for negotiating with drivers and fleet managers in order to achieve a higher percentage of sales through the Sales to Driver / B2C channel.
• Responsible for negotiating with individual clients that arise via the Arval website or through BNP Paribas.
Your day-to-day activities
• Visit existing customers daily
• Analyze target markets and develop sales leads
• Make phone calls to contact prospective customers, followed by visits
• Research potential customers and identify sales opportunities
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion
• Educate customers on product features, and business relationships with the company
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly sales and visits reports
• Plan and forecast sales goals
• Meet with existing customers to maintain relationships and identify new opportunities
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Sell products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
• Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
• Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting sales targets
Your profile
• Degree (will be valued in Management, Marketing or Engineering)
• At least 2 years of working experience in sales
• Fluent in English
• Detailed understanding of the sales process and the customers’ business needs.
• Ability to focus on educating the customer first and then focusing on closing a sale.
• Focused on challenging the customer’s thinking
• Knowledge of the automotive sector with a strong appetite for mobility-related topics is a plus
• Customer focused, curious, enthusiastic, open and collaborative style
• Teamwork, active listening, highly motivated
• Ability to push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution
• Strong communication skills
