About the Job
The Roadshow Team is expected to have full responsibility for the entire Roadshow process which requires an advanced level of organisation, communication and client management. The Roadshow Team is to have full responsibility for booking all Roadshow Meetings using Bloomberg. Liaise with Investors, Sales and JLMs (booking meetings, requesting availability and general correspondence).
Your Main Activities Are
- Responsible for small scale roadshow execution under the supervision of a Roadshow Manager
- Create, manage and distribute roadshow schedules for Roadshow
- Send out calendar invitations for Roadshow meetings and manage calls throughout the roadshow
- Book travel logistics - flights cars, trains and accommodation
- Support Issuer throughout full roadshow lifecycle
- Set up Group Investor Calls and Deal Roadshow slide presentations
- Support Roadshow Team with admin duties
- Research, price and manage booking of suitable venues across Europe and Asia for a range of group events
- Ensure that all activities and RS duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Responsible for the completion and filing of external pro forma meeting contracts on behalf of BNP Paribas
- Finalize all costs for Roadshow and ensure 100% reimbursement to the desk via Accounts Team
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, Administration, Humanities, Secretariat, Translation or any other similar areas
- At least 1 years of experience in Administrative Support or Events
- Fluency in English, both written and oral
- Proficient with MS Office, especially with EXCEL
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholders
