Join our multidisciplinary IT IAM Technologies team at BNP Paribas Fortis and help safeguard the bank’s ability to withstand serious system failures. 
IAM stands for Identity and Access Management. It is a set of processes, technologies, and policies used to manage and control access to our organization's resources, such as computer systems, networks, and data. The primary goal of IAM is to ensure that only authorized individuals or systems have access to sensitive resources and data, while preventing unauthorized access.

As an IT OPS Engineer, you will :

• Work in Agile mode, which offers a challenging and motivating environment where teams and employees are empowered to manage their own technical domain. 
• Work with our stakeholders and partners of the business, the rest of the local IT or with BNP Paribas IT Group. 
• Manage the lifecycle management of the squad’s applications with the following technologies:
  1. Windows OS and SQL Server DB based applications
  2. Java and/or .Net based applications/tooling
  3. PHP/Javascript based applications
  4. VB Excel Based toolings
  5. Windows Batch/Powershell based tools
  6. Configuration of the security monitoring tools
     

• Monitor and analyze events/incidents/problems.
• Contribute to the migration of BNPPF assets to the group’s cloud infra.
• Help in 3rd line security support and incident response, related to authentication, authorization or vulnerability issues. 
• Contribute to the Critical Asset Recovery, Disaster Recovery Exercises, DORA, ...
• Participate in Risk and vulnerability management.

YOUR TALENTS AND COMPETENCES

• A bachelor's or Master degree (or equivalent experience) as a minimum requirement.
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Solid/Expert knowledge of 
  1. Authentication and authorization
  2. IAM RBAC (Role Based Access Control)
  3. Scripting (batch, PowerShell…)
  4. CyberArk
  5. the main IT-security principles and best practices
  6. Advanced knowledge of
  7. Computer Networking 
  8. Active Directory
  9. Red Hat Idm (Directory Server)
  10. Tomcat + IIS 
• Good analytical and technical writing skills 
• A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and learning from others.
• Eager to grow - always seeking to learn new technologies, improve working methods, or develop personally.
• Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory, both spoken and written. 
• Proficiency in French and/or Dutch is an asset.
