About the job
- As part of RISK CIB, the general mission of RISK MFI – Markets and Financial Institutions is to provide Senior Management of the Group, of the RISK Function, of the Business lines and of the Coverage with full transparency and dynamic analysis and recommendations with respect to market, liquidity, counterparty, credit, and valuation risks, in order to assist them in their risk decision making
- The mission of RISK MFI Data Management and Integrity team is to implement credit process monitoring and a robust data framework, aiming data quality high level, ensuring efficient credit data availability across RISK referential tools. This is achieved through credit data quality framework, audit reports, controls running, follow-up and investigation. DMI activities also include static data set-up and data quality of Credit Tool
Your Main Activities Are
- Manage the mail inbox by performing setup requests into the Credit Admin Tool within the stablished timeline and defined rules
- Assure the data completion and data quality of Credit Admin Tool
- Produce the reports related to Credit Admin Tool following the procedures
- Monitor data quality in risk referential systems and work on corrections when necessary
- Contribute to internal projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing Credit tool and its updates/setups processes
- Interact with stakeholders and IT support to solve system issues on a timely manner
- Be proactive in assist coworkers whenever possible regarding data quality framework and credit process monitoring topics
Profile and Skills to Success
- Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree program in Finance / Economics or related field
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral
- Knowledge in
- Microsoft Office 365
- Python and Power BI is a plus
- Analytical mind-set, detail oriented and eager to solve problems
- Create a positive working environment and facilitate cooperation and interaction within and beyond the team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively
