As a Product Expert Cards, you’ll join the Payment Methods & Services Squad within the Cash & Cards Cluster of our Daily Banking Tribe. You thrive on taking initiative to enhance our products, mastering every detail from market trends and customer needs to competitive alternatives, functional specifications, and regulatory frameworks.

Our Cash & Cards Cluster revolves around cash, cards, and alternative payment methods (Apple Pay, Wero, etc.), along with related services like limit management, cashback, and digital wallets. We serve private individuals, professionals, and businesses across our brands (Hello Bank!, Fortis, and Fintro), ensuring our clients receive tailored, best-in-class solutions that meet their evolving needs.

AND IN DETAIL

As Product Manager:

• You continuously monitor market trends and map customer needs.
• You are the designated expert on your products, from management to commercialization, covering Retail Banking, Private Banking, and Corporate Banking.
• You propose product innovations and evolutions for the product roadmap.
• You track commercial targets, pricing, budgets, and market shares for your products.
• You ensure strong alignment on your products with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Channels, Corporate Product Management, Go-To-Market teams, and Segment Channel Strategy teams. In this context, you organize recurring follow-up and operational meetings where complaints, improvements, product roadmap, onboarding, sales targets, etc. are discussed.
• You regularly engage with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to follow and apply the necessary regulations in your domain.

As Business Analyst:

• You evaluate change requests and project proposals (needs/problem analysis, what, why, business case).
• You define the best solution in collaboration with your squad and stakeholders.
• You develop business requirements based on your consultations with stakeholders.
• You define acceptance criteria and organize Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and/or execute them yourself.
• You provide the necessary go-to-market communication in collaboration with the MarCom department.

YOUR TALENTS AND COMPETENCES

Key Competencies:

• Persuasive & clear in both written and verbal communication.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinker able to turn ideas into actionable product improvements, innovations, and strategic roadmaps.
• Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized with a structured approach.
• Experience preferred in Product Marketing and/or Project Management.
• Domain knowledge (a plus): Daily Banking, with expertise in cards and payment methods.

Languages :

• Fluent in English, good in Dutch or French or both.

Tools

• Proficient in Excel (data analysis, business cases) and PowerPoint (presentations).
