About Business line/Function:
Corporate and Institutional Banking has an active IT ecosystem with its own IT backbone that involves a large workforce of IT employees working for DEV, Testing and Support projects. CIB ITO Production ensures the provision of industrialized and digital production services. The objective is to offer innovative products and services to its customers in a performing, globally secured environment to speed up delivery and time to market. We manage operational risk by running stable and robust IT production platforms. CIB ITO production hosts critical service delivery comprising of Global Markets, Global Banking, Client & Employee, ALM&T, Regulatory & Control IT and BP2S.
Responsibilities
The role will primarily be involved in Axway Transfer CFT Administration, Installation and Upgrade (Both standalone and cluster environments).
- Installation, upgrade, and configuration of Axway Transfer CFT (Secure Transport and Flow Manager) and managing Linux/Unix/Windows systems.
- Management of CFT partners (PARTNER objects) to ensure smooth file exchanges with internal and external systems.
- Automation and scripting of file transfer operations using Shell scripting, Python, or PowerShell.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting file transfers for real-time tracking, alerting, and reporting.
- Incident resolution and root cause analysis for file transfer issues.
- Ensuring compliance with security standards such as encryption, authentication, and access control.
- Deep understanding of file transfer protocols (Pesit, FTPS and SFTP.) and expertise in Linux/Unix/Windows administration and scripting (CFT Windows/Unix scripting).
- Experience with troubleshooting and performance tuning for CFT and knowledge of encryption, authentication, and security best practices in file transfers.
- PKI, TLS/SSL certificates management.
- CFT Windows/Unix scripting (sending, resend, error handling).
- Troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving CFT production problems.
- Handle tickets and be prioritize accordingly using ServiceNow as a ticketing tool (requests, changes, incidents, problems).
- Interaction with external customers (Communication issues troubleshooting).
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of minimum relevant work experience in Axway CFT and MFT and should have expertise on high availability environments.
- Experience in delivering strategic priorities within strict timelines and maintaining production environment and deliver support as needed.
- Experience in automation scripting and Ansible for other automation skills.
- Must have a strong understanding with Axway CFT and MFT Technologies:
- Axway Transfer CFT
- MFT Technologies
- Axway Secure Transport
- Axway Sentinel
- Axway Flow Manager
- Alternatively, other MFT technology can be considered:
- IBM Sterling MFT Suite (IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Connect:Direct, IBM Connect Express)
- GoAnywhere
- For communications protocols, candidates must have any of the following (Pesit, FTPS, SFTP
- Good to have Communication protocols (AS2)
- Strong global Infrastructure knowledge (Clustering, Storage, Network, OS)
