Job Title: Designer (Business Analyst)

Department: ATCI Equus Tribe

About Business line/Function: Arval Equus Designer 

Position Purpose: 

Job Summary

Designer (business Analyst) is a member of Chapter Designer Communitee who is responsible for the designer of the application. 

Candidate contributes to, evaluates, understands, challenges and accepts Business requirements from the G4 & the Corporate Teams, for projects or requests for change ensuring alignment with Arval Strategy and best practices.

Candidate does design functional solutions (with UI/UX) based on business user requirements with a G4 mind-set and documents the user stories Specifications

Candidate writes the user stories in the agile methodology

Candidate supports and contributes to the delivery of enhancements with other IT teams (Engineers/Test designers, Scrum Masters, Product Owner) through the validation of Technical Specifications, testing and triage and co-ordination with other Satellite system factories.

Candidates participate and contributes to the Designer Community and all Agile Community inside the product.

 

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·       Understand and challenge business needs with a G4 alignment

·       Design the solution (functional and UI/UX) 

·       Write the Stories and prepare the work for the developments and tests

·       Analyze/Do the triage for the Bug 

Contributing Responsibilities

·       Contribute to pre-analyses 

·       Contribute to all ceremonies inside the product

Business and/or technical skills:

·       Ensuring a very good Business/IT Relationship 

·       Having a global view in terms of best practice Architecture 

·       Having a global IT Knowledge (especially Pl/SQL)

·       Mastering Agile Methodology

 

 Tasks:

·       Analyze and challenge the business requirements  

·       Write stories with understanding explanation for developers/test designers

·       Participate in all ceremonies of the squads

·       Analyze/Do the triage for the Bug 

 

Specific Qualifications:
