The primary focus of the Customer onboarding coordinator is to ensure a smooth and swift Customer onboarding for the clients of CIB Netherlands. The coordinator has a pivot role in the full end-to-end onboarding process for all products, and will act, during this process as a single point of entry for the clients. Through a seamless communication and collaboration with all stakeholders in the process (i.e. clients, relationship managers, pilot bankers, business lines, ITO functions and compliance), the onboarding coordinator is ultimately responsible for the continuous enhancement of the customer experience.
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Finance or other relevant field.
Minimum two years of experience in any of the following areas: Client Onboarding, KYC/AML new account onboarding, Recertification/QDD specialist, KYC Advisory, Compliance, Financial Markets Regulator
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills (Project management experience is a plus)
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
History of achievement in previous roles
Ability to work collaboratively across functions
Highly motivated to uplift client experience
Advanced communication skills (face to face, verbal, and written)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and rigorous to ensure quality
Ability to work with tight deadlines
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Dutch and English
