Territory Management Associate

Main responsibilities:

• Development of analyses and materials related to the bank’s financial results.
• Assistance in preparing reports and presentations for sales teams, business lines, and the executive board.
• Collection of internal and external data to support the preparation of internal analyses.
• Support for the territory management team in managing and maintaining databases and file directories.
• Work on business intelligence analyses.
• Analytical skills for planning studies.
• Collaborate with the team and partners (NY) 

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in banking, business support, or commercial strategy roles (internships included).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively across departments and levels of seniority.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Organized, process-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, international environment.
