Your Main Activities Are

• Elaborate team members job descriptions with direct management and HR department and take part in the recruitment process and the training of team members
• Manage team’s organization and performance, identify and report training needs. Manage vacations, absences and plan team presence on holidays
• Motivate the team and integrates the diversity of its members, as well as ensure the appraisal process of team members in coordination with direct management. Manage work prioritization and planning
• Deal with Team Building and Conflict Management topics
• Ensure the supervision of all operational activities in accordance with the department’s procedures and ensure the first level of control
• Assure management report of activity and team related subjects and assist management in the key performance indicators (KPI) preparation

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
• From 5 to 7 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Database Management IBM
• Ability to collaborate, develop others and improve their skills
• Ability to manage a project
• Ability to develop and adapt a process
• Good organisational and communication skills (both oral and written)
