 Marketing Campaign Senior Specialist



Requirements

 

 

    • 5+ years of relevant experience in campaign trafficking and management of paid search, display, programmatic and/or email
    • Knowledge of content marketing to B2B audience
    • Experience on the agency side (media agency, ad agency) in B2B/B2C financial services accounts or other B2B accounts.
    • Enthusiasm for the digital advertising industry & influencer marketing ecosystem
    • Some experience with one or more: Google Marketing Platform, Moz, SEMrush, Optimizely, Amazon AAP, WordPress, Marketo, Eloqua
    • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
    • Well-versed in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • Organised, diligent and detailed-oriented
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Solid oral and written communication skills
    • Team player, proactive and responsive



Responsibilities


    • Working closely with the Senior Social Media & Growth Manager, you will be responsible for the execution, trafficking and reporting of digital campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g. PPC, Google Marketing Platform, Display, Programmatic, etc) and objectives (awareness, engagement, lead generation, ABM, etc) in line with the global Digital Marketing and Growth plan
    • Prepare campaigns to launch, working with various stakeholders to create and manage the campaign brief, as well as external and internal agencies on campaign copy, creative, assets, targeting, keywords, etc
    • Contribute to ideating and creating English content and/or review marketing emails, InMails, social posts, search ads, banners etc, ensuring all assets are accurate, on-message, on-brand, adhere to best practices and are compliant
    • Implement and test campaign tracking: UTMs, pixels, tags, custom dimensions, etc
    • Monitor web and campaign data to optimise campaign performance, as well as create regular and/or ad-hoc campaign reports. Contribute to valorise performances to internal stakeholders (quarterly newsletters, forums) 
    • Build direct relationships with publishers and buy/trade media as and when required.
    • Brief media and creative agencies for campaigns. 
    • Assist in allocating monthly budgets, issuance of orders, reconciliation and resolution of any invoices and fees
    • Input into global Digital Marketing and Growth plan, suggesting new campaigns and formats to realise business objectives
