We are currently looking for a:
Private Capital Portfolio Income Allocation & Fee Modeling
Analyst (M/F)
CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES
Within the Private Capital Treasury Management & Operations team, the Analyst will model and execute management‑fee calculations, analyse and process portfolio income, maintain fee‑schedule documentation, and liaise with accounting & investor‑relations teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?
This role offers the opportunity to handle these key responsibilities:
- Income Analysis & Allocation – Review portfolio income streams, propose and execute proceeds allocation across fund structures in line with fund objectives and legal constraints.
- Management‑Fee Modelling – Build, maintain, and validate fee calculation models; ensure compliance with client mandates and fund documentation.
- Management‑Fee Calculation – Perform and analyse fee calculation thanks to proper modelling and automations.
- Fund Onboarding & Reporting – Support new‑fund launches; design and deliver operational reporting focused on income allocation and fee calculations.
- Stakeholder Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams (Treasury, Portfolio Administration, Accounting) and external clients on income‑allocation and fee‑related matters.

Your working environment
The position is based in Luxembourg, with flexibility for remote work including satellite office arrangements and teleworking options.
You will be joining a dynamic, multidisciplinary, and results-driven team within the Private Capital department.

ARE YOU OUR FUTURE ANALYST?
Professional experience and/or degree
· Master’s degree in finance, or equivalent
· Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Fund Controller, Portfolio Administrator in a Management Company or as Auditor .
· Familiarity with digital tools and Lean methodologies is a strong asset.
· Strong knowledge of Funds structuration and treasury environment.

- Excellent understanding of Private Capital Funds services in Luxembourg
- Expertise in Private Debt Funds flows
- Expertise in Management Fees calculations and models
- Outstanding skills in various areas (Fund Structuration, Management Fees calculation, …)
- Proficiency in office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Python
- Knowledge of eFront is a plus
Language skills
- Fluent in English
- Any other language is considered as an advantage
