About the job
- The Operational Risk Officer contributes to the implementation of all the components of Operational Risk & Permanent Control Framework in BNP Paribas Securities Services Portugal, providing supervision over the 1st Line of Defense in terms of Operational Risk
Your Main Activities Are
- For the COO activities: Contribution to the coordination and execution of ICT and non-ICT controls; Contribution to preparation and coordination of contributions to quarterly risk committees; Monitoring the capture of risks, control results and action plans in the Group tool; Monitoring the deployment and execution of procedures within the Department; Collection, analysis of data to meet Cyber program indicators; Contribution to the Department's Cyber Awareness
- For cross-functional IT Group Central activities: Analysis and deployment of non-ICT controls in Group tools for all departments; Contribution to the coordination of the implementation of non-ICT controls by ITG departments; Supporting the ICT OPC in their approach on non-ICT controls and risks; Contribution to collection and consolidation of non-ICT risks; Consolidation at IT Group level of the ICT and non-ICT risks group for all ITG departments; Coordination of the dissemination of control results and maintenance of the correct articulation of ICT and non-ICT risks; Contribution to preparation and coordination of contributions to quarterly risk committees; Twice-yearly reconciliation of accounting data and historical incidents; Contribution to the analysis and deployment of Group procedures
- Contribution to Operational Permanent Control activities for the COO
- Contribution to the implementation and the coordination of OPC non-ICT activities for ITG
- Contribution to the execution of CISO activities for the COO
Profile and Skills to Success
- Masters in Economics, Finance and Accounting
- Fluency in English
- Ability to synthetize
- Critical thinking
- Communication skills - oral & written
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Internal Audit and Risk Management
