描述

We are looking for a support specialist who will keep the bank’s Transfer Agency applications running smoothly. Working side‑by‑side with the Transfer Agency Operations teams, you will analyse and resolve both functional and technical problems and help the business meet its daily accounting and trade‑processing deadlines. The role is built around a solid understanding of TA processes (e.g. dealing, registration) with a primary emphasis on the functional side, while also leveraging good SQL and general IT knowledge for troubleshooting.


Application Production Support – Transfer Agency - Functional Support


Responsibilities:

  • Take the necessary actions to resolve production incidents in a timely manner
  • Monitor production – watch the TA environment, respond to alerts and ensure all services stay within SLA limits
  • Diagnose and resolve issues – provide high‑level functional support for transfer agency applications and, when needed, perform technical analysis
  • Assist end‑users – work directly with Operations teams to understand and solve day‑to‑day problems, keeping users informed of status and outcomes
  • Coordinate communication – act as the bridge between IT/providers, Management and Operations during incident handling and post‑mortem reviews
  • Report and analyse support metrics – produce figures on request volumes, incident types, resolution times and SLA performance for management reporting
  • Provide detailed analysis and explanations following replication of bugs in a non-prod environment to 3rd party suppliers and in-house development teams to assist in bug corrections and improvements. 
  • Share knowledge and guide the team – coach colleagues, help create shared team values, participate in testing, internal meetings and catch‑up calls with external service providers, and ensure business knowledge stays up‑to‑date with the Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) team


 

Requirements:

  • Multifonds TA knowledge
  • In depth knowledge of Transfer Agency processes
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to Transfer Agency operations
  • Understanding of the principles of SWIFT and Cashflows forecast
  • Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
  • Analytical – ability to interpret end-users and organisation expectation
  • Autonomous – capable of leading investigations and solving issues independently
  • Strong reporting ability – keep supervisors informed about activities and progress
  • Client‑focused – identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
