🔍 MISSION
As a Management Accounting Analyst you will guarantee accurate reconciliation between financial and management accounting figures, convert accounting data into profitability and cost‑allocation insights, and produce high‑quality performance and P&L reports for EMEA business lines. You will also drive automation, implement robust controls, and support budgeting, forecasting and system enhancements, enabling data‑driven decisions.

💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Ensure reconciliation of financial and management accounting in line with Group and CIB Finance standards.
• Transform accounting data into profitability and cost‑allocation metrics using MARP, and produce head‑office P&L reporting by business line and client.
• Design, automate and maintain performance‑management reports, adding controls to improve accuracy.
• Support local finance and business‑line heads in P&L and KPI analysis, delivering clear explanations.
• Lead budget and forecast preparation, ensuring consistency and compliance with central instructions.

💡 WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience with project coordination across locations.
• Business‑level English; French is a plus.
• Expertise in financial reporting, management accounting and BNP Paribas finance structures.
• Strong project‑management, analytical and results‑oriented communication skills.
