The position at a glance

The Client Engagement and Protection (CEP) Regulations team has two teams:

Onboarding Team which is a client-focused communication team devoted to facilitate the regulatory onboarding of the clients to CIB and their respective capital markets activities, ensuring that they have satisfied their regulatory obligations before establishing an account.  The regulatory analyst will be required to interact with clients, internal and external stakeholders to obtain answers in the form of affirmative responses, classification codes, and or documentation to satisfy the myriad of industry regulations (EMIR, Dodd Frank, CFTC Rules etc.) governing the respective products or activity. Post onboarding Team is a client-focused communication team devoted to handling the notification process of new and substantial regulatory challenges facing our clients in the Americas. R2C2 will focus remediation projects for new rules for various global regulatory requirements that our clients may be subject to. The team will mainly focus on project execution and will serve as a single point of contact for BNP internal members and clients and will be responsible for regulatory remediation for existing accounts.
