Internship in CAM with French (Client Account Management team)

As an Intern in Client Account Management team with French in our Warsaw office you will be handling communication with the clients and all involved parties to deliver required level of service. 

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (min. B2) and French (min. C1)
• Graduate or pursuing last years of studies preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
• Interest in banking or other financial sectors
• Accuracy and client focus approach 
• Availability at least 30 hours per week

Responsibilities: 

• Team mailbox monitoring throughout the day 
• Preparing daily reports (checklist, KPI etc)
• Proactive communication with business partners, responding to internal and external clients’ queries 
• Provide support to customers by managing their accounts and queries to ensure expected service level is provided.
• Provide support to senior staff in daily activities
• Work with deadlines and in fast pace environment
• Participate in meetings and training sessions to gain knowledge of team's practices and procedures
