As the HR Administration Specialist you will ensure the smooth execution of HR activities, including onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. This will be a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on building financial business lines for our Warsaw and Krakow Branches in Poland.
HR Administration Specialist
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Administration or a similar role
- Fluent English and Polish (min. C1 level)
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR software applications (preferably TETA)
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures and best practices
- Practical knowledge of Polish labour law and employement related regulations
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to legalization of work of foreigner's would be an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS365
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when dealing with data and system inputs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to navigate and thrive in a complex and dynamic work environment
- Strong process-oriented thinking with a focus on end-to-end workflows and operational efficiency
- Experience in managing tasks that involve several systems, tools and processes
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administration of the Employee Lifecycle (onboarding process, offboarding, changing of employment conditions flow)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure his/her day-to-day work is compliant with all HR Administration policies and procedures
- Provide guidance to employees on personal administration related queries and concerns
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Cooperation and communication between internal and external stakeholders
