We are Spain IT Production, the Production Infrastructure domain within CIB ITO PROD, covering IaaS, CaaS, PaaS, Workspace, Telecom, Datacenter and IT Continuity. Our team of 400+ experts supports EMEA‑wide services, ensuring secure, stable and standardised infrastructure that underpins BNP Paribas’s resilience strategy.

🛰️ MISSION
As a DR Orchestration Lead, you will:

• Schedule, coordinate and execute major DR exercises for Paris and London (with future EMEA scope).
• Prepare and circulate post‑exercise reports, ensuring visibility for all stakeholders.
• Support the Global ITO Production ICRO and Critical Incident Management teams as needed.

💼 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Plan and schedule local and regional DR drills, aligning calendars across business units.
• Execute exercises, monitor performance, and capture incidents or issues in real time.
• Produce comprehensive post‑exercise and provide evidence for audits.
• Engage stakeholders, drive remediation actions, and deliver training on DR processes.
• Maintain CommandPoint failover/failback instances for FR and UK data‑centers, ensuring continuous availability.

💡 WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Degree in Computer Science (Preferred) and ITIL Foundation (certification desirable).
• ≥5 years in IT infrastructure, platforms, and DR/Business Continuity; proven team‑lead and project‑management experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT continuity concepts, risk analysis, and infrastructure services.
• Fluent English (B2/C level, mandatory); French a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical mindset, initiative, and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
