Cardif Servicios, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas, is the company responsible for providing IT services based on the needs and requests of LATAM entities, meeting competitive SLAs, fostering synergies, rationalizing costs, and keeping risk under control. 

In order to enhance and drive continuous improvement in business decision-making from a projects perspective, we are looking for our next Project Specialist.

Position Objective,
 Plan, control, and manage the proper execution of projects (both traditional and agile), ensuring compliance with project governance throughout the entire project lifecycle, according to the methodology established by BNP Paribas Cardif called Harmonie.

 Main Responsibilities,
 - Apply a defined and structured communication methodology that allows reporting and escalating project risks and issues to make timely decisions regarding changes in the main project variables (Scope, Cost, Time, and Quality).
 - Financial management of the program and monitoring of budget execution.
 - Keep procedures, policies, and methodologies necessary for proper project management up-to-date and documented, thereby continuously improving management processes.

Professional Profile:
 Professionals in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering.
 Knowledge and experience in:
 - Projects - application of methodologies (PMI, agile) for project development
 - Organization and Methods (Operations, structure, and operating models)
 - Knowledge of agile frameworks such as SCRUM and SPOTIFY
 - High proficiency in Excel - Design and construction of Dashboards in Power BI
 - Management of MS Project and JIRA
