Key position in an international fast-growing leasing company with great opportunities to influence the company's continued success.

In the position of Business Manager, you will have a central role in Arval's growth journey in the Swedish market within operational car leasing. You will strategically and systematically process new customers while developing business with existing customers. As a Business Manager, you are independently responsible for the entire sales process of leasing agreement solutions B2B from sales visits to closing and follow-up.

Experience and qualifications:

  • We are looking for someone who has a solid track record in service sales. 
  • You should have great commitment and drive to create results and be genuinely interested in long-term business. 
  • You inspire confidence, are responsive and find it easy to build relationships in a business-like manner.
  • We see that you have good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English. 
  • We would also like for you to have a bachelor's degree in economics, finance or marketing. 
  • B driving license is a requirement.

You start from the office in Danderyd but have the whole of Sweden as your field of work, i.e. you will spend a lot of your working time travelling, mainly to the metropolitan regions.
