BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM) ist die Vermögensverwaltungssparte der BNP Paribas Gruppe. Zum 01. Juli 2025 wurden die Aktivitäten von AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) vollständig in BNPP AM integriert und schaffen so eine einheitliche und gestärkte globale Plattform.

Ihre täglichen Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung bei der Prüfung und Analyse geeigneter Investitionsobjekte
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Cashflow Analysen
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung interner und externer Präsentationen sowie Entscheidungsvorlagen für Investitionsgremien
• Durchführung von Markt-, Standort- & Objektanalysen
• Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Begleitung von Due Diligence Prozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
• Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Bereichen Fondsmanagement, Asset Management und Development
• Kommunikation mit Beratern, Liegenschaftseigentümern und Maklergesellschaften
• Übernahme genereller administrativer Aufgaben

Sind Sie unser/e nächste/r Intern Transactions (f/m/d)?

• Fortgeschrittenes Studium im kaufmännischen oder wirtschaftsnahen Bereich, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Immobilien oder Finance
• Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
• Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen und sorgfältigen Bearbeitung von Aufgaben

Your daily responsibilities:

• Support the evaluation and analysis of potential investment opportunities
• Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and detailed financial analyses
• Develop internal and external presentations, as well as decision memos for investment committees
• Conduct market, location, and property due diligence analyses
• Coordinate and support due diligence processes in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Liaise with fund management, asset management, and development departments to ensure alignment
• Communicate effectively with advisors, property owners, and brokerage firms
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the team

Are you our next Intern Transactions (f/m/d)?

• Advanced studies in a business-related or economics-oriented field, ideally with a focus on real estate or finance
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
• Strong analytical and structured approach to work
• Team-oriented with high levels of commitment and motivation
