About Business line/Function: NAR Regulatory Reporting

Position Purpose: To ensure that the candidate performs the Business analysis , support & KPI Activities in Reporting System like Axiom.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·       Elicit, analyze, and document Business/Functional requirements and procedure documents

·       Plan, test and document UAT/System/Integration testing up to successful delivery of project

·       Delivering Functional Support and Business Analysis within agreed timeframe and managing issues and timely escalations

·       Perform KPI automation analysis and prepare analysis report

·       Be well versed with regulatory reporting concepts and Finance reporting know how.

Contributing Responsibilities

·       Co-ordinate with the stakeholders on sign off and approval of User/Business requirement, Test cases and Test results

·       Liaise with cross-functional teams, business groups, IT and PMO organizations in New York, New Jersey, California, Montreal, Mumbai, London and Paris

·       Provide effective support to Axiom regulatory Reporting system users as part of the Finance Systems and Data Support team on a rotational basis

Note: SQL knowledge is a required skill, but it's not a responsibility in itself. It's a tool used to perform analysis and troubleshooting support requests.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

·       Excellent communication skills in both oral and written forms

·       Experienced in working with business users interpreting business specifications and generating rules / logic for application configuration.

·       Ability to support stress during regulatory reports filing periods.

·       Former Experiences within a Finance function in Banking and Financial Services

Specific Qualifications:

• IT Professional with 5+ years of experience in Global financial institutions working in large-scale IT/Finance projects.

• Hands-on experience in Axiom implementation including analysis, design, configuring, and testing a plus.

• Experience in Data warehousing projects would be preferable
