About Business line/Function:
The Business Relationship Management function is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs, and ensuring that IT services are aligned with business objectives. Specifically, this role will focus on managing the relationship between IT and business stakeholders to ensure that business needs are met, and that IT services are delivered to support business operations.
Position Purpose:
The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) acts as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring business needs are understood and met. The role involves assisting in architecture and security workshops, planning, coordination, and delivery of IT services to support business operations, as well as ensuring project objectives are met within budget, deadlines, and quality standards.
The BRM will also be responsible for ensuring the delivery of various deliverables, updating project management tools, escalating alerts when necessary, and providing quality and tailored reporting. Additionally, the BRM will contribute to the qualification of deployment and operability conditions for production release, organize the transition of projects to maintenance mode, and ensure that project objectives are met within budget, deadlines, and quality of deliverables.
Responsabilités
Direct Responsabilités
- Assistance to architecture and security workshops
- Preparation, consolidation, validation of estimation and implementation planning elements
- Measurement of progress status and conclusions
- Coordination, management of the relationship and follow-up of all stakeholders
- Guarantee of the delivery of the various deliverables defined in the project management methodology
- Update of project management tools
- Ensuring alerts are escalated when necessary, along with quality and tailored reporting
- Qualification, with IT Production, of the deployment and operability conditions for production release
- Organization of the project's transition to maintenance mode (transfer to application portfolio)
- Ensuring that project objectives are met within budget, deadlines and the quality of deliverables

- Definition of objectives and deadlines for deliverables while ensuring compliance with the Quality, Cost and Time triptych.
- Risk identification, assessment and anticipation.
- Definition of project resource requirements.
- Considering the workload plans of contributors in the development of schedules.
- Project monitoring bodies adapted.
- Operational management of projects and associated budgets enabling their execution.

Specific Qualifications :
- Confirmed experience in patching and obsolescence management
- Hands-on experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Good understanding of IT systems and applications, including operating systems, software, and hardware
- Experience working in a DevOps environment, with knowledge of continuous integration and delivery practices
