Position Purpose:
As part of the CoE (Center of Expertise) Steering of the CIO Office, the candidate will will join the team in charge of Cardif IT contribution to the Group's GTS and PMS reportings, that help the IT management to monitor the IT activities.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
The candidate will work in an extended team mode with colleagues in France and Portugal, and major responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure the Asia contribution to the GTS Group reporting (cloud perimeter excluded).
- Ensure the Asia contribution to the PMS Group reporting and be able toanalyseindicators, comment them and if needed define and implement / follow-up necessary action plans.
- Be the lead for the Group PMS reportingregardingthe Finance and Sourcing scope (way of calculation and consolidation) for allCardifIT (at Corporate and Regional level)
- Improve andmaintainthe Microsoft Power BI Tools (implementation on going) used to make the quality check and to automate the retrieval of the necessary data on the Finance and Sourcing scope
Contributing Responsibilities
- Do some data analysis and quality check and challenge the comments given on the Group PMS indicators
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
The successful candidate must have some knowledge on IT and Project Management; should also be proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Power BI on several aspects:
- Data manipulation, cleansing, feature engineering,etc…
- Multi-dimensional data mining and analysis
- Visual representation of analysis, under several formats (tabular reports, graphs, Key Performance Indicators calculations, trends analyses,etc…)
- Light automation of time-intensive data-preparation related tasks.
Other aspects of the function will involve the following:
- Maintenance of proper documentation of data and reporting production activities with a view to enabling colleagues to take on aspects of these activities if necessary.
- Liaise and cooperate with many different teams, in France and other Countries
Specific Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
