Your Main Activities Are

• Analyse Client Fee Schedule to ensure that all items are billable
• Address to Client lines any non-billable items and verify potential new flow to put in place
• Implement new fee schedule, including full renegotiation, new clients, new services or addendum
• Issue accurate first invoices after new conditions implementation
• Provide the necessary support to client and service partners to understand the first bills
• Consolidate business knowledge cross-locations and cross-business lines
• Promote harmonisation on invoicing method worldwide
• Ensure collaboration between locations, Business Revenue BAU teams and Client Fee Schedule Team

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Fluency in English with great communication skills
• At least 1 year of professional experience in Banking and Financial Operations
• Comfort with Microsoft Office tools, namely Excel
• Great attentiveness to detail and sense of responsiveness and quality of service
• Great organizational skills with a committed and proactive approach
