About the job
- The Reference Data and Reconciliation Processing Analyst’s main mission is to cover Securities setup and pricing, while performing the reconciliation of all Cash and Securities balances on internal accounts. Additionally, the Analyst will also manage account setups, account messaging, cover account connectivity or SWIFT setup, among other aspects of account setup at database level, working in close relation with internal and external Auditors, Data Vendors and Custody Team
Your Main Activities Are
- Interpret and process reference data for all Custodian Departments’ Customers
- Setup and maintain the Security Master Data and Security Pricing
- Manage setup of New Clients’ account parameterization and swift messaging based on Account Opening Form
- Calculate the total assets value under Custody and generate the corresponding reports
- Provide back up support to Reconciliation Analysts
- Adhere to all written supervisory procedures, regulations, Internal Bank and Business Line policies applicable to the services offered
- Support internal controls to eliminate risk and operational losses
- Deliver high quality service and be a contact support for internal and external Clients
- Collaborate with other units within the Custody Team to identify and resolve reconciliation and reference data issues according to established deadlines
- Respond to internal and external audit requests, providing requested documents
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree of Economics, Accounting, Management or any relevant field
- Fluency in English both oral and written
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Banking and financial Operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, namely Excel
- Great team spirit with the ability to pass on knowledge
- Great attentiveness to detail with a results-driven mindset and costumer-oriented approach
