About the job
PT Operations is a key Department within BNP Paribas Portugal Branch. Its main mission is to provide quality services and solutions to BNPP Portugal Branch clients in four intervention areas: Corporate Loans, Trade Finance, Cash Management and Accounts Opening and Maintenance

 Your Main Activities Are
 * Prepare notes, synthesise documents and deliver comprehensive and synthetic reports in a timely and efficient manner
* Execute the necessary daily reconciliations and controls
 * Develop methodologies in order to build internal reports
 * Use different tools to collect and analyze data, as well as structuring queries and performing routine maintenance of reports
 * Ensure data input and quality check
 * Identify actions to resolve identified discrepancies
 * Report progress, risks and issues to the Management
 * Analyze the existing processes in place and propose action plans to improve them
 * Liaise and interact with the several stakeholders on a daily basis

* Contribute o the overall successful running of the Local Operations Department whilst respecting BNP Paribas rules and guidelines in terms of Compliance, Risk and Conduct



 Profile and Skills to Success
 * Masters Degree in Law, Finance, Management or any related fields
 * Fluency in Portuguese and English, both oral and written
 * Advanced Excel knowledge of MS Office tools
* Reliability and capacity to deliver results with strict deadlines and attention to detail, adherence to the highest quality standards
 * Polyvalent, flexible and able to adapt
