Who will I be working with?

You will be working in the Prime Brokerage Relationship Management team (RM).

Prime Services provides clients with access to one of the broadest product capabilities across Prime Brokerage, Clearing and FX Prime Brokerage. Prime Brokerage Relationship Managers (RM) develop and maintain long term relationships with existing Prime Brokerage institutional clients. The team ensure a high level of client satisfaction is gained by providing clients with efficient coverage and the ability to deal with one point of contact at BNPP.


What will I be doing?

As an apprentice, in the Prime Brokerage Relationship Management team, the role holder will be assisting the RM team in the maintenance and support of their key client relationships, including hedge funds and assets mangers.

From a day-today perspective the role will include partnering with RMs for client-specific projects, analysing client financing data, preparing client reviews, organising client events and performing daily control tasks.

The PB RM is responsible for ensuring effective delivery of the Global Multi Asset Prime Services product suite by partnering with all the PB teams: Sales, Sales Trading, Onboarding, Client Service, Product Development, Operations, Risk, Credit, Legal and Compliance.

You will also be working towards the Level 4 Investment Operations Specialist apprenticeship qualification and have the option to choose between 2 industry qualifications: the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) Investment Operations Certificate or the CFA Society Investment Management Certificate.


Technical Skills and Qualifications required for the role

  • Three A-levels or equivalent to 96 UCAS points (and GCSE Maths and English)
  • Preferred candidates who are finishing A-levels in 2025 or attained within the past 12 months
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail skills 
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Customer service mindset
  • Organisation skills


Conduct

Additional Information


  • Apprentices need to have a continued right to live and work in the UK for the duration of the programme.
  • You may only apply for one Apprenticeship role per academic year. 
  • Our apprenticeship roles are aimed at candidates who have not already completed a degree at a University.
