BNP Paribas Luxembourg, Securities Services Branch, a subsidiary of the BNP Paribas group, is one of Europe's leading providers of custody services for securities. 

The Luxembourg branch plays a major part in its operations, offering clients high value-added services extending from custody to securities lending, fund administration, performance measurement and ratings, and bond issuance services.

To support its current growth, BNP Paribas Securities Services is looking for an :


Internship – Operations Management Support Intern (m/f)  - Fund Administration

For 6 months begining from September/October 2026

You must justify an internship agreement covering all the length of the mission

The Fund Administration has always been and will remain a key pillar of the Fund industry, fully integrated with multiple counterparties (inside and outside the bank): Transfer Agent, Depot bank, Custodian, Management Companies, Brokers, and Auditors…

 

WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?

 

Your missions will be organized around three key pillars:

1. Management Reporting & Data Analysis:

  • Assisting in the design and monitoring of management dashboards and KPIs.
  • Performing data entry and analysis for departmental performance reports.
  • Conducting research on industry trends and best practices.

2. Process Optimization & Project Management:

  • Engaging in transversal projects (selection based on your skills).
  • Supporting process modelling to improve operational efficiency.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the escalation of structural issues to the IOC to find collaborative solutions.

3. Operational & Departmental Coordination:

  • Creating internal communication materials (Quarterly All-Staff, Newsletters, "Who's Who").
  • Developing training/onboarding supports for new joiners, and mentoring programs.
  • Providing administrative support to ensure smooth departmental coordination.

Note: Based on your interests and underlying projects, you may also gain exposure to Fund Accounting, Oversight, Financial Reporting, Client Account Management, Corporate Investment, Compliance production process, understanding different mechanisms, risks, and challenges, where applicable.

Your working environment:

You will be working in a dynamic and challenging environment with a team of professionals in the Fund Administration Department.

  • Job location: Luxembourg
  • Description of the team the employee will be joining: You will be part of the FA Department, supporting the management to deal variety of teams and projects. 
  • Interactions outside the team: You will interact with other Business/Functions, including IOC operational teams, BI Lux, and management in Fund Administration Luxembourg and in IOC.
  • Position eligible for teleworking and remote site: No, this position is based full-time in our Luxembourg office to foster teamwork and rapid learning.

ARE YOU OUR FUTURE COLLABORATOR ?

 

Professional experience and/or degree:

Degree minimum Bachelor/Master in Finance, Economics, Communication or Business Administration.

You should have notions in finance field, financial instruments and fund industry. 

Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Advanced Excel is vital for a KPI/Dashboard role).
