Spain IT Production

Spain IT Production organization consists of CIB ITO & ITG IT Platforms and is responsible for providing IT Production services to our Clients in EMEA, ensuring a Digital Market evolution, in a secured and performant environment, and with a reliable quality. IT Production organisation includes Infrastructure services, Telecom & Workspace, Production Security and Application Production domains and associated transversal services (CTO Office, Control Tower, PMO and IT Continuity). In Spain, IT Production relies on a Platform with over 400 experts that provide full-stack support services ensuring a secure, stable, standardized, and efficient production.

 

ABOUT THE JOB

MISSION

Design, develop and Maintain all modules, components and applications within the ServiceNow Platform (ITSM Tool).

Define, setup and Develop into ServiceNow Platform to fit with the Enhancements and Evolutions requested by SNow vendor, IT Management and the BNPP Business requirements.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Configure ServiceNow following ITIL best practices

·         Control and release the enhancements provided by projects

·         Improvement of various processes : Incident, Problem, Service Request, Change, Application Portfolio Management, Knowledge, Service Portal, CMDB and Asset Management (Service Management Suite end-to-end)

·         Training, Mentoring and Coaching the ServiceNow Support team on the use of the new features

·         Manage problems, incidents and changes related to the SNow platform

·         Good ability to investigate issues

·         Good knowledge about SNow “Out of the Box” release and features

·         Create and configure Script Includes, API, Business Rules, UI Polices, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACL's, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, etc.

·         Adheres to existing platform governance process for support and maintenance

·         Works closely with existing governance teams as a team member (Solution Architect, Development Coordinator, 360 degree ITSM services, Product Owners, ITSM teams)

·         Provide L2/L3 support for the ServiceNow platform

·         Resolve ITSM Production support issues in ServiceNow

·         Monitor Health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications

  • Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Studies

ITIL V3/V4 Foundations certification.

Web Application Development.

 

  • Experience

The candidate should have 1 – 3 years’ experience within an IT Service Management team.

1-3 years of experience providing configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, and data imports.

 

  • Languages

High English spoken and written fluent (B2/C)

French spoken and written will be valued

 

SKILLS

  • Technical

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.

Good understanding of Configuration Management theory and its usage/benefits to other IT processes

ITIL understanding and qualified to at least Foundation level.

Proficiency in Web Development tools like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX, along with experience in web application development and ServiceNow platform functionalities.
