Would you like to join our international team that delivers end-to-end solutions (applications and operations activities) to businesses of BNP Paribas Personal Finance Group entities around the world?
In the context of maintaining the high level of existing activities while growing the number of international customers, we are looking for our Miles Expert Leader.
The service will be based in Madrid on SE.T premises.
The Key Configurator will work closely with the business stakeholders to ensure that the software is configured to meet their needs and requirements.
Perform the management of the tool according to a described Raci matrix and IT Governance
The central Key Configurator is the animator of the Key Configurator team, and as such:
· Is the guarantor of best practices for configuring the MILES application and is able to advise the team.
· Maintains an up-to-date catalog of features and associated configurations and proposes it to the community.
· Takes charge of "standard" configuration evolutions intended for all subsidiaries.
· Incident Management
Responsibilities
• Lead Expertise Centre in SE.T
• Configure and maintain the Miles software application to meet business requirements
• Analyze and resolve technical issues related to the software configuration
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the software functionality and configuration options
• Create and maintain documentation of the software configuration and setup
• Provide training and support to end-users on the software configuration and functionality
• Lead the team to identify and prioritize software enhancements and bug fixes
• Participate in the testing and quality assurance of the software configuration
• Ensure that the software configuration is compliant with PF Framework and best practices
• Monitor KPI, cover SLA withing the ticketing tool
What we are looking for:
· Good knowledge of:
o Miles Modules
o Miles Platform
o SQL development
· Some Knowledge of:
o Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence…)
o ServiceNow
Business & transversal skills:
· Organizational skills
· Detail-oriented
· Client orientation
· Collaboration skills.
· Experience leading a development team.
· Experience in the Finance sector is a plus.
Languages
· English level B2 or higher
