Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

• Design robust Java application.
• Propose/Suggest/Review technical solutions by evaluating various aspects followed in the project/industry.
• Adapt to current architecture and development of backend with latest technical stack.
• Coaching & Mentoring, Peer programming
• Contribute to stringent code reviews and maintain the quality of the application.
• Follow all the best practices and quality processes of the project and suggest improvements if needed.
• Ensure to maintain the quality of the codebase (code analysis & resolution)
• Ensure thorough Test coverage (Unit Test, End to End Test).
• Contribute to java components’ obsolescence management, by identifying and mitigating technical debts across java components.
• Perform estimation and planning and proactive status reporting
• Develop programs in optimal manner without compromising core architecture/design and produce best

Contributing Responsibilities

• Contribute to hiring by conducting technical interviews in ISPL
• Contribute to Code reviews and maintain the quality of the application.
• Upskilling technical training to be conducted

Specific Qualifications

• Java certifications (good to have)
