About the job

  • Ensure the efficient, accurate, and controlled management of securities master data activities by leading daily operations, supervising controls, and supporting team performance. Act as a key point of coordination across stakeholders, managing priorities, escalations, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality service to internal clients and management

Your Main Activities Are

  • Supervising and supporting the team and activity
  • Ensuring the proper tasks allocation between team members
  • Ensuring controls under Team Leader responsibility are duly performed
  • Supervising the controls of the activity are done and evidence is recorded
  • Being the highest point of contact of the team/activity for any management need, man-aging escalations
  • Following daily internal clients’ requests (sites/Relationship Managers) and manages the escalations of any urgent/critical topics.
  • Stand as a key point of contact for any development in the systems that will have an impact in the activity.
  • Assisting and substituting the Team Manager on the presentation of periodic management reports when requested.
  • Supervising the correct follow up of one's and Team's mailbox.
  • Proactively providing feedback on team life, team expertise and team performance to the team during team meetings.
  • Supervising and reporting Key Performance Indicators, Key Success Factors, Service Reviews data to the team and Management.
  • Participating in the preparation of budget providing all needed data to Management.

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance and/or Accounting
  • Postgraduation in Business Management
  • Banking and Financial Operations (5 – 7 years)
  • Project Management and Consulting (3 – 4 years)
  • Operations and processes - Fund Accounting and Asset Services: Expert
  • Operations and processes – Custody: Expert
  • Ability to collaborate/Teamwork: Expert
  • Organisational skills: Expert
  • Ability to develop and adapt a process: Proficient
  • Ability to develop others & improve their skills: Expert
  • Financial Information Bloomberg: Expert
  • Lean Methodologies: Proficient
