Area Sales Manager – Stockholm

Our skilled teams collaborate with equipment suppliers striving to increase their sales, as well as companies seeking outsourced asset‑related services across several key markets. Our target customers are vendor programs developed together with equipment dealers, with the goal of offering financing solutions to their small and medium‑sized business clients. We focus on the agriculture, construction, logistics, transport, green technology, IT and healthcare sectors. In 2018, BPLS expanded its presence in the Nordic region with the establishment of its new Nordic headquarters in Oslo. We are now seeking a new Area Sales Manager responsible for partner relationships within machinery financing, with a focus on construction, agriculture, and logistics in Sweden. The role reports to the BU Nordic Sales Manager.

 

Responsibilities

- Serve as the company’s regional representative and manage partner relationships within the territory.

- Build and further strengthen long‑term, professional relationships with key individuals at existing dealers and actively support them when needed.

- Ensure efficient handling of credit requests and contribute to business development through follow‑up, documentation, and establishing new partnerships.

- Sell the company’s products in the region in line with the regional budget, with a focus on agriculture, logistics, and construction.

- Maintain and grow business with both new and existing customers/dealers.

- Present your own cases for credit assessment.

- Create and maintain a local market and activity plan aligned with the company’s overall strategy.

- Meet your personal budget and profitability objectives.

 

We are looking for someone who:

- Holds a university degree in economics or equivalent.

- Has at least five years of experience in selling financial services or capital goods to the corporate market, with documented results.

- Works independently and in a structured manner.

- Is solution‑oriented, customer‑focused, and strong at building relationships.

- Demonstrates high work capacity, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and solid sales skills.

- Has experience with IT and credit tools.

- Speaks fluent Swedish and has good proficiency in English.
