IT Manager will have the direct oversight of the Investments Analytics and Data Services (IADS) in Investment Fund business team in Poland (around 30 people) responsible of applications development (developers, business analysts, project managers) as a part of IADS global team, distributed between France, Poland and Indie.
IT Manager of Investement Reporting and Performance Team
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross‑functional, cross‑technology teams through the complete software development life‑cycle (analysis, design, build, test, deployment, and support) to deliver solutions that meet business users reporting and performance requirements.
- Ensure all delivered solutions comply with internal policies and external regulations, thereby mitigating operational risk for the bank.
- Drive, support, and champion ideas that create measurable value for the business and for internal teams, both locally and globally.
- Coordinate and nurture relationships with partner locations and domain process owners, building trust and facilitating the achievement of project objectives and deliverables.
- Contribute to the creation, development, and execution of the strategy, aligning technology roadmap with business objectives.
- Proactively generate new opportunities for the team: pursue additional business work, expand the expert bench, define talent acquisition strategies, and manage the CPH (Cost per Head) model.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing multi‑disciplinary software teams.
- Deep understanding of Investment Reporting and Performance concepts, financial data flows, and the regulatory landscape governing banking reporting (e.g., Basel, EMIR, MiFID‑II).
- Expertise in overseeing all SDLC phases, including agile methodologies, quality assurance, release management, and post‑production support.
- Ability to interpret and embed regulatory requirements into technical designs, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Strong communicationand relationship‑building skills
- Experience shaping and executing technology strategies.
- Fluent communication skills in English (C1).
