Junior Specialist in TA Transfer Team

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• First experience in Fund industry or financial background is nice to have
• Strong attention to details and high accuracy
• MS Office knowledge
• Self-motivation, willingness to learn
• Risk awareness and ability to propose/implement process improvements
• Proactivity and ability to take initiative

Responsibilities:

• Accepting transfers, booking transfers into the system, performing controls and settlement activities as per team’s daily checklist
• Monitoring of all daily actions in the team’s activity, noticing weak spots, suggesting solutions and workload streamlining
• Responding to any query from internal or external source in relation to the activity within 24H;
• Preparing daily reports (checklist, KPI etc)
• Responding to queries from internal or external sources in relation to the activity,
• Investigation and fixing any issues regarding daily business to avoid delays,
• Creating and updating process documents;
• Participating in E2E systems testing; validation of BRDs;
• Monitoring of all daily actions in the team’s activity
• Actively participate in all change initiatives in the department
• Escalate any system issues and extraordinary events to the management
