Junior Specialist in TA Transfer Team
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- First experience in Fund industry or financial background is nice to have
- Strong attention to details and high accuracy
- MS Office knowledge
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn
- Risk awareness and ability to propose/implement process improvements
- Proactivity and ability to take initiative
Responsibilities:
- Accepting transfers, booking transfers into the system, performing controls and settlement activities as per team’s daily checklist
- Monitoring of all daily actions in the team’s activity, noticing weak spots, suggesting solutions and workload streamlining
- Responding to any query from internal or external source in relation to the activity within 24H;
- Preparing daily reports (checklist, KPI etc)
- Responding to queries from internal or external sources in relation to the activity,
- Investigation and fixing any issues regarding daily business to avoid delays,
- Creating and updating process documents;
- Participating in E2E systems testing; validation of BRDs;
- Monitoring of all daily actions in the team’s activity
- Actively participate in all change initiatives in the department
- Escalate any system issues and extraordinary events to the management
