Job Title: Autosys Support Analyst

Position Purpose: Supporting and maintaining the stability and efficiency of functional applications to minimize downtime, enhance user productivity, and support business continuity and acting as the initial point of contact for incident resolution, governance, and stakeholder collaboration to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Monitors application performance using tools like Dynatrace to proactively identify and address incidents to ensure system stability and minimizing downtime.
- Provide Support for Workload automation tools like Autosys and Dollar Universe.
- Maintain the Security standards and be compliant with Risk reviews.
- Bring in more efficiency in the team by Automating manual tasks.
