We are looking for a Full-stack Technical Lead to join our international development team that delivers first class applications for our businesses and clients.
The role involves technical coordination and hands-on full-stack development across the Java and Angular technology stacks.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and implement projects or parts of large-scale projects
- Responsible for solving technical complex problems, from solution design, understanding and evaluating data models to improving end-to-end service delivery
- Develop solutions to improve performance and scalability of systems
- Implement the company’s development guidelines and processes and propose improvements and suggestions
- Responsible for analysis / evaluation / implementation of the technical solution(s) defined for the allocated project or within the support activities
- Deliver scalable end to end solutions by seamlessly integrating front-end user experience with robust backend systems
- Provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring individual and technical development of the team members
- Collaborate closely with international teams and stakeholders
- Share knowledge about your areas of expertise, best practices and provide functional support
What we are looking for:
- Advanced technical knowledge in Angular and Java development
- Experience in leading development teams as a Technical Leader or acting as a Lead Developer within a project / team
- Previous experience in Spring Boot, Spring Data/JPA represents a plus
Practical knowledge of the following tech stack and tools:
- PostgreSQL
- REST / Web Services
- HTML5 + CSS3 / JavaScript / jQuery
- Linux
- JBoss
- IDE: Eclipse / NetBeans / IntelliJ
- Repository: SVN / Git / Mercurial
- Build: Hudson / Jenkins / Maven
- Test: JUnit / Teamcity / Fitnesse
Nice to have:
- SQL, XML, JSON, Domain Driven Design
- IBM Cloud knowledge, Kafka/RabbitMQ, vertical slice architecture knowledge
Other skills required:
- Ability to share technical knowledge with other team members
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Good stakeholders’ management skills
- Strong problem-solving and good analytical skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Advanced level of English
