Market and Financing Services (MFS) IT team is supporting CIB2S Clients on the following financial services - Cash services, Foreign exchange, Financing, Securities lending, Agent Collateral management, Independent valuation (OTC derivatives), and Dealing services. 2S-HVP IT comprises of Payment and Treasury applications that supports Securities Services to provide an Integrated Treasury Services by Securing and automating connectivity, tracking balances, forecasting, payment initiation, funding & optimizing yield. Optimising clients’ cash flow processing on a global scale RTGS Management Platform, Multi Market, Multi Currency, High Value Payments (HVP) Used across 13 Branches with 50+ applications sending Cash instructions. |

Position Purpose | |||||||||||||||||||||
The Senior Transversal Functional Architecture SME Delivery Lead is the principal authority on the end-to-end functional design of Foreign Exchange (FX), Collateral Management and Settlement across the bank’s global capital markets platform. The role combines deep domain expertise with hands on delivery leadership, ensuring that functional solutions are sound, compliant and delivered reliably within large transformation programs. Lead will drive architecture strategy, orchestrate cross functional delivery teams, and act as the key liaison between business owners, technology squads, risk/compliance functions and external partners.
· Design and implement the best practices, annual plans for IT projects. · Contribute to the development and implementation of the IT strategy paying particular attention to the Group's guidelines, Service Level Agreements and the 2SIT strategy · Responsible for overall delivery of the IT team and explore ways to improve efficiency · Manage IT teams, set goals, individual objectives and constantly monitor progress. · Implement strategies, oversee collaboration and define success metrics. · Exposure to UAT cycle, support activities and managing stakeholders. | |||||||||||||||||||||
