Position Purpose:
As part of the CoE (Center of Expertise) Steering of the CIO Office, the candidate will will join the team in charge of producing the major CardifIT reporting that help the IT management to monitor the IT activities. A big challenge is ahead of us with the extension of some tools to all Cardif entities worldwide (only France is actually covered) .
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
The candidate will work in an extended team mode with colleagues in France and Portugal, and major responsibilities will be to:
Be the technical lead for all the tools of the CoE Steering based on the Microsoft Power tool
Provides technical solutions to the issues encountered by the CoE Steering team
Defines best practices and ensures development optimizations first for the Squad Mr&Ms perimeter and then for the other CoE Steering perimeter.
Contributing Responsibilities
Design and develop the components under his responsibility (mainly under My Arcadia application)
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
The successful candidate must have some knowledge on IT development; should also be proficient in using Microsoft Power tools with expertise on Microsoft Power BI for the following several aspects:
Data manipulation, cleansing, feature engineering, etc…
Multi-dimensional data mining and analysis
Optimization of development with a good focus on performance
Automation of time-intensive data-preparation related tasks.
Knowledge of using Microsoft Excel files as data input or as reports output
Other aspects of the function will also involve the following:
Maintenance of proper conception and configuration documentation
Liaise and cooperate with many different teams, in France and other Countries
Specific Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience.
