About Business line/Function: APS BCEF

Position Purpose: 

The main objective of this position is to support BCEF in its Business‑As‑Usual (BAU) activities by driving optimization and automation initiatives, through the design and implementation of tools, scripts, and industrialized solutions.
The scope covers legacy environments, IT Cloud, and IBM Cloud, across Linux, Kubernetes, and Windows platforms.

A key responsibility of the role is to support APS teams in their BAU activities, ensuring operational continuity, reliability, and efficiency across all production environments.

BCEF APS is engaged in a strategic transformation roadmap aiming to:

• Strengthen production security and stability
• Improve time‑to‑market through modern technologies, automation, and industrialization
• Integrate and enhance functional application support, delivering full end‑to‑end production services
• Promote continuous improvement and new operating models

The position actively contributes to the deployment, alignment, and compliance with the ITG Production Strategy and BNP Paribas Group standards.

BCEF APS is seeking IT professionals who are experienced, proactive, collaborative, and learn ready to support the transformation while maintaining the highest levels of production quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

·         Support APS teams on Release Management and the DevOps toolchain.

·         Lead the Tests Factory for Release Management and DevOps practices.

·         Drive the APS BCEF migration from Jenkins to GitLab CI.

·         Contribute to DMZR as Code migration through hackathons and collaborative initiatives.

·         Develop and maintain automation assets using Ansible, Python, and PowerShell, in line with ITGP and Group standards.

·         Provide BAU support to APS teams, ensuring operational continuity and troubleshooting.

• Maintain clear, accurate and up‑to‑date documentation.

Contributing Responsibilities

·         Support the industrialization of BCEF environments across Linux, Kubernetes, Windows, and IBM Cloud.

·         Ensure alignment with ITG Production Strategy and compliance with Group standards (DMZR, Illumio, Dynatrace, ELK stack, Tableau Dataviz, Toolchain Group).

·         Implement and optimize infrastructure and PaaS components using Terraform, HashiCorp Vault, and Helm to strengthen the IBM Cloud PaaS model.

• Contribute to the evolution and standardization of production frameworks and automation models across BCEF APS.
